Conclusions of the inter-group meeting on 27/9. Further meetings are probably necessary.
each cell’s public space connects to each adjacent cell’s public space
each cell’s built space connects to each adjacent cell’s built space
resulting in two systems (public space and built space) that are continous and are intertwined with each other.
The system is non-hierarchical and spatially organised like a sponge.
